What I collect

When you book a call, message me on WhatsApp, or fill in a form on this site, I collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you choose to share about your business. If you become a client, I also process the conversation data your own AI system generates (customer messages, bookings, CRM entries) on your behalf.

How it's used

Solely to respond to your enquiry, run the AI system you've hired me to build, and send you updates about work you've asked for. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is used to train third-party models.

What I don't do

I don't sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers or advertisers. Data may pass through infrastructure providers strictly to operate the thing you've asked for. Those are WhatsApp Business API, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Calendly for booking, n8n for workflow automation, and OpenAI for the free scan tool described below.

The free scan tool

When you run a scan at /scan, you submit a company URL and your email address. The URL is sent to OpenAI, which runs a live web search against it and returns the analysis. Your email is not sent to OpenAI. The report is returned to your browser and is not stored on any server of mine. Your email address is kept so I can follow up once about a free audit call, and for nothing else. OpenAI acts as a processor for the URL only.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure aggregate page traffic and loading performance. Neither builds a profile of you or tracks you across other sites. The booking widget on the homepage is served by Calendly, which sets its own cookies through Cloudflare when that section loads.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you at any time, no reason needed.
